Data Automatically Collected – Usage Data
Minima uses Google Analytics to record the IP address (i.e. the internet address of your computer – not your email address) and other general usage data in order to assess which parts of the website were visited.
This data will be combined with the usage data of all visitors to determine the number of visitors to the site and individual pages. This data is used for internal purposes only and cannot be used to identify individual browsers.
Registered Users
Personal user data is only supplied by registered users and this information is used to maintain shopping carts, respond to queries, fulfil orders and the subsequent administration, delivery and after sales service of the orders.
Minima may also use this information to send occasional emails to customers regarding special offers or private customer evenings. We will not send more than one email per month, usually fewer.
Registered Users’ Rights
Registered users have the right to a copy of any data held my Minima concerning them. This information will only be supplied to the e-mail address used when a registered user’s account was created. Registered users can have their accounts deleted at any time but customers who have placed orders will have data relevant to specific orders held offline for a period of 6 years, as is required by law.
Non-registered users
This site does not gather, or attempt to gather, personal data about non-registered users.

This site does not place cookies on users’ computers.
Exchange of Data
Minima will only share the minimum relevant information required with manufacturers or courier companies to the extent which permits them to process and deliver an order. Minima will not share the details of registered users with any other third parties unless compelled to do so by law.
