Jacopo Foggini, is an explorer who travels through art and design. He was born in Turin, but lives in Milan. During a period of work in the family businesses he discovers the versatile nature of methacrylate and polycarbonate, a common material normally used to produce car reflectors. Fascinated by the aesthetic and chromatic qualities of this material, he began at the end of the 90s to experiment with its use to create installations and works of art. He opens his own gallery in Milan, creates a book dedicated to his artistic production and inserts his luminous sculptures in the permanent collections of prestigious institutions.
