Monica grew up close to the Arctic circle in the very north of Sweden. Today, she is one of the top names in Scandinavian design, and an awarded creator of some of the most internationally renowned objects and future’s classic designs. She has been named “Designer of the Year” five times in Sweden and was recently awarded “AW Designer of the Year 2023” by AW Architektur & Wohnen, one of Europe’s most prestigious design awards.
