Kinsale’s Convent Garden development (Cork) fuses distinctive architectural design with exquisite interior aesthetics. Four newly unveiled modern villas in Winter’s Lane have been introduced to the market, designed by Architect Haroldo Oliveira of JCA Architects. The layout, thoughtfully crafted, features bedrooms on the entry level and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and family room on the first floor. The highlight of these villas is undoubtedly the stunning views of Kinsale Harbor, Scilly Dam, James Fort, and Ardbrack.

Minima worked with Haroldo Oliveira of JCA architects as design consultants and supplier on this project. All furniture, lighting, kitchen, and wardrobes were supplied by Minima. The show house was furnished and styled using Minima exclusive brands: Elmar, Mdf Italia, Gubi, Limited edition, Roda, Roshults, Moooi, Davide Groppi, Kreon, &Tradition, and Rimadesio, with wave curtains in Creation Baumann Fabrics. The four houses were sold within a few months.
