Ailesbury House
The property in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, underwent a remarkable transformation under the guidance of Developer Conor Rhatigan and Architect Allister Coyne of Ailtireacht.
After the house was entirely rebuilt, Minima played a pivotal role in presenting this property for sale. An iconic selection of Maxalto pieces were supplied alongside a meticulously designed Elmar kitchen. The kitchen, perhaps unassuming at first glance, conceals a wealth of hidden treasures. A concealed pantry and a separate utility area boast impressive features such as a wine cave, second dishwasher, and third sink. This thoughtful design approach ensures that the kitchen remains elegantly streamlined while offering all the functionality and convenience one could desire. Minima’s contribution to the interior of the house is illuminated by the extensive use of glass throughout the house and the resulting abundance of natural light.
